DP83TD510E: How to terminate unused MDIO and MDC pins

Hello,

I am using the straps to configure the DP83TD510E in my design.  There will be no microcontroller to connect to the MDIO and MDC pins.  How should I terminate these unused pins?  Pull-ups?  Pull-downs?  Leave them unconnected?
