Hi,

I only can find ESD rating specification in "6.2 ESD Ratings",

Does there have any information for ESD air and contact rating?

    Hi Jeff,

    The ESD ratings that we have for this part are listed on the datasheet. We don't have IEC 61000-4-2 information for this device.

    So this part doesn't support  IEC 61000-4-2 specification, right?

    Hi Jeff,

    It is not spec'd - so theoretically there would be some protection - we just don't have the data to say what level it is as we didn't run tests against IEC 61000-4-2. 

    There is ESD protection on the device but the standards that this device were tested to are:

     ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM): +/-15kV Bus/Ground Pins  | All Pins +/-4kV

    Charged-device model (CDM), per JEDEC specification JESD22-C101: +/-1kV

    Electrical Fast Transient/Burst, A, B, and GND per IEC 61000-4-4: +/-4kV
