Pポートを出力に設定し、Pポートとすることを考えています。

又、PポートとTC74HC14AFの間にプルアップ抵抗(4700プルアップの電源はDC5Vです。）

TC74HC14AFの入力制御(Hight→Low,Low→Hight)は問題ありませんでしょうか。

ある場合は、どのようにすべきか教えて頂けませんでしょうか。

    This is no problem if VCCP = 5 V. (The pull-up voltage must never be above VCCP.)

    The pull-up resistors have an effect only shortly after power up when the I/Os have not yet been configured as outputs. The value of the pull-up resistors does not really matter; if you want to save power, you can use 10 kΩ or more.

    IC1 could be replaced with a three-channel device like the SN74LVC3G14.
