DP83848I: RESET_N Internal Pull Up Resistor

Hi Team,

My customer is using DP83848I, and they'd like to know RESET_N internal circuit, as they're connecting this pin to MCU and they're afraid that MCU internal resistor may affect RESET_N voltage.

As RESET_N is active low, I suppose it's a simple pull up circuit inside the device, would you please help to check that? Also would you please help to provide the internal pull up resistor value?

Hi Livia,

Reset pin has an internal pull-up. This is usually a weak internal PU, around 10k +/- 30%.

Hi Gerome,

Is the internal circuit contains a FET as below? Or just a simple pull up resistor? If the RESET_N pin is floating, then what volatge level will RESET_N pin be? From test, customer find it to be 3.3V.
