Is the TUSB2036 getting a power on reset pulse between 100 us and 1 ms or is it always pulled high?

Is the hub always detected by the host? What are the line states on the downstream port when a mouse is detected?

Reset is always HIGH.

HUD is always detected by the Host.

Reset needs to be pulsed low after power on for 100 us to 1 ms or the hub will not be in a known state.

Can you try toggling the reset manually and see if the mouse shows up?
