Dear Support,

Please help to check and confirm if the difference in  the x-ray results are valid.

They have difference in lead frame. Please refer to photo for reference. Thanks

    Hi Isagani,

    It's quite possible that devices produced at different dates or different sites will have different lead frames. These are sourced separately from the die, so it's not uncommon to see some variation.

    So that we can confirm in this case particularly, could you please share the lot codes for each of the devices shown here? This will let us look up the specific lots in our system to confirm they are indeed the same die. The lot code should be included in the shipping information for each order. If this is not available, please share the top-side markings for each device and estimated shipping date.
