There are no "SD" and "HTOL" items in the "Qualification Summary".
Is this item not tested on this product?

Hello,

I will need to check this with the team on the HTOL test. I see that we do have data on the JESD22-A104 Temperature Control test. Is this not enough?

For the SD, would you be able to elaborate on this? I am not familiar with this acronym.

Hello,

JESD22-A104 (temperature cycling (TC) is posted.
I would like data on temperature operation, but I understand that there is no A108 test data.

SD refers to the J-STD-002 test.
Do you have test results?

The only test data we have for the TPS65987DDHRSHR is what is posted in the qualification summary
