I am creating a delivery specification for this part number.
In the Qualification Summary, the results of ESD-HBM and CDM are described as "See data sheet".
However, the datasheet does not show the results of ESD.
Please tell me the test results.
(The data sheet is SLLS152D –DECEMBER 1992–REVISED AUGUST 2013)
As for the HBM rating, we have confirmed in the following link that E2E has answered that 2kV is secured.

Please let us know if you have the results of the CDM rating evaluation.
