Tthis is the first time we have heard that the existing driver does not work.  We will have to contact KPIT to discuss this issue to determine what the problem is and how we need to proceed.

We will follow up once we have discussed this with KPIT.

Thanks for your reply . We already contacted KPIT guys. If possible . we can setup meeting with KPIT guys and you to view the issues and support us to fix it .

I've also already seen the email thread that came through our field engineers on this matter.  I will email you so that you have my direct email if you would like to add me to the existing email communication on that thread.

Our contact that worked with us for the development of this driver is looking into this and we should be able to follow up on this once we hear back from him.  I have given him the contact information you provided to us, but I have also redacted the email address off of this public forum for their privacy.

     I set up meeting tomorrow morning china time . Hope can get your support . Another thing . Do you have V8.3 driver which mentioned by KPIT . If have , Can be share to us and with the demo firstly .

These drivers were developed by KPIT with support from TI. However, the only support provided were answering questions about the functionality of TCAN4550-Q1 and TCAN4551-Q1. We did not help develop the drivers ourselves, and so we have no way of supporting the drivers, nor providing updates for them. I'm not sure which driver KPIT is referring to with the 8.3 version, but this is not something we can provide.
