DS90UB964-Q1: DS90UB964TRGCRQ1 please help advise the date code description ?

Hello,

The second line contains the date code as follows "TI YMS"  "Y" being the year and "M" being the month.  It looks like it may be rubbed off but it looks like 2016 and the month is unreadable.
