hi, im using SN75DP120RHHR in my design and i notice its operating temperature is 0 ~ 85 C, i would like to know what is the absolute minimum the component can operate at? what will happend to him when i reach -40C?

also do you have same component that can support -40~+85C?

Hi,

Device operation can not be guaranteed at -40C since it is only rated from 0 to 85C. Unfortunately we do not have another device that can support temperature range of -40 to 85C.

ok lets say i dont mind if the component won't work , but will it be permanently damaged?

do you know if it can reach -40 and once it goes back to 0C , will it operate?

I honestly don't know since we will never characterize the part beyond its operating temperature.
