TLK10081: Aggregating multiple video streams after FPD-Link hub

Hello,

My customer is working on an ECU that will take in multiple FPDLink video streams with a quad FPD-Link hub, send the data to a SoC to aggregate the channels together, then send back out over a FPD-Link serializer at up to 10Gbps.  Customer contacted me asking about our TLK10081 and was wondering if this could work instead of a SoC for doing the video aggregation.  We have a call with the customer on Wed afternoon so appreciate if you could provide some feedback prior to that.

    Hi Chris,

    I'm not too familiar with FPDLink video data, but I would expect this device to work in this application as long as the FPDLink data falls within the data rates this device supports and meets the low speed receiver and transmitter characteristics.
