TPS65988EVM: How to get sop' data through a port?

Hi Team,

We can use port A and port B to get the correct sop' data of Typec (VDM version2.0).

What we do is to connect CC1 and CC2 of port A to CC1 and CC2 of port B.

But in this way, the obtained SOP' data is incorrect (VDM version1.0).

how to correct it?

Or besides our method, is there any other method to obtain sop' data (VDM version2.0) by a port?

Hi Prajith,

We have a Type c, and its sop' data returns different values between svdm version1.0 and svdm version2.0.

We confirmed that the SOPPrimeRevision and SOPRevision of the 0x42 Register are 3.0, but when there is only one plug, SOP' can only read the data of svdm version 1.0. It cannot be corrected by using the 'VDMs' command .

Our goal: SOP'(0X49) can be read in the case of a plug, and the svdm version is 2.0.
