TS3DV642: S parameter model

Hi team,

My customer is looking for the S parameter model, would you please kindly share to us?

Because simulation signal source is IBIS model, it is not able to be used in Hspice, only able to be simulated in ADS.

Do we have the S parameter as below graph?

Hi,

We only have the HSPICE model available for TS3DV642 which can be downloaded from this link, https://www.ti.com/product/TS3DV642#design-development. Please also reach out to Keysight for support on importing the HSPICE model into ADS.
