HI, Sir,

SOC is MSM SA8155, Ser is ub941, des is UB948. And every time I do an electrostatic experiment, the screen will scroll.

and upload the video.

When the issue occured, 941 had CRC error,

addr: 0xa data : 0xe9
addr: 0xb data : 0xe

addr: 0xa data : 0x5c
addr: 0xb data : 0xd

addr: 0xa data : 0xe9
addr: 0xb data : 0xe

......

addr: 0xc data : 0x37 

then I clear the CRC_ERROR_RESET via setting 0x20 to register 0x04. bug the scroll only exist.

please give me some advice.

    Thanks for your question. 

    Clearing the CRC count will only reset/clear the CRC counter. Does panel ever recover by itself, or does it require a reset/power cycle?

    Does this also happen when using 941 PatGen?
