DP83TC811 write MMD1 register

Hi ,

 I am trying access the MMD1 register

  and below is the sequence followed for setting the test mode

    0x0D  0x1  -> REGCR

    0x0E  0x0834 -> ADDAR

    0x0D  0x4001  -> no post increment data

    0x0E   0x2000  -> setting test mode 1

but while reading back i am not  getting the proper value getting default value.
