HD3SS3411: PCIE REF CLK Mux/Demux.

Hello,

On my PCIE GEN5 Host design I need to support PCIE_REF_CLK (Connector pins A13/A14) to be an input or output from a SoC. The SoC pin is bidirectional.

The clock should support w/ or w/o SSC.

Could you please advise if the HD3SS3411 will work for me?

Normally we suggest to use clock buffer for PCIe clock. Don't have data for HD3SS3411 working as PCIe clock.

Unfortunately it is a MUX not a Mux/DeMux. what about the TMUXHS4212 but single?

TMUXHS4212 will not add much jitter, but not sure if support SSC.

Hello, Just saw a post where the TS3A5018 was raised as a solution. will it work for me? what is the issue with the SSC

TS3A5018 is not our device. You can submit a new ticket include the device name in title, it will automatically go to the right group.
