XIO2001: M66EN and PCIR connections

hi,

I am using XIO2001 to interface with mil1553 devices.These devices are 3.3V tolerant and support only upto 33MHz.. To connect to these devices what are the connections on M66EN and PCIR pins of XIO2001.

Since i found from datasheet that to use 33MHz, PCIR must be connected to 5V(secondary bus voltage),but here the devices are 3.3V tolerant.

Where did you find that? Section 9.2.1.1.1 of the datasheet says:

For 25-MHz or 33-MHz PCI bus implementations, PCIR may be connected to either 3.3 V or 5.0 V.
