From TUSB4020BI ds: "The programming of the OTP is supported using vendor-defined USB device requests."

Could you provide the tools and manuals for that?

I also have a request from a customer on this. Could you please also share info with me?

Also, can you confirm that the device will work without prior programming? There is no charging, or need for any other feature. customer only need to be able to connect to downstream devices for communication

Hi Stefan,

Yes, the hub is designed to work without I2C, SMBUS or OTP. If no I2C / SMBUS is being used, do not install a pulldown on SMBUSz (or the hub enters SMBUS mode) I can share the OTP application with you, but it requires each board to be programmed individually. It is not ideal for mass production.
