TCA9617A: Internal Pull-up resistor value and delay

Hi,

In section 8.2 "Functional Block Diagram" of datasheet,

1. How the internal pull-up resistor value connected to EN pin is decided?

2. Is there any RC delay associated to this port?

1. The EN pin sources at most 25 µA, so the resistor is larger than 212 kΩ.

2. When EN is externally driven, the pull-up resistor has no effect on the fall/rise time.
