Hi team,

When I checked the inside with X-ray, I found that there were some that had cross bonding wires and some that were straight.
Does this mean that it was changed somewhere?

There had been no recent silicon change to this device. it is very hard to see bond wire in your second image do you have a image that shows this more clearly?

Hi Kengo,

While the cross is gone the correct connection from the bond pad to the lead frame are made. I do not see an issue here.
