TFP410: Cycling power and TX0+/-

Part Number: TFP410

We are having issues during accelerated life testing of my new design using your TFP410EP.  When we cycle power at an elevated temperature of 50 Deg C ambient and case temp of 64 deg C the TX0+/- lines do not go active.  I've confirmed H, V, DE, and DCLCK are all present on the input.  All other DVI outputs are active.  Before cycling power at elevated temp the device operate perfectly.

Resolution is set to XGA.
