Part Number: DS90UB964-Q1

Dear teams,

My customer is using DS90UB964 and 962. Could you help share what is the difference between DS90UB964TRGCRQ1 and DS90UB962WRTDRQ1?

Thanks!
Dylan

  • Hi Dylan,

     Thanks for your message.

There are a few significant differences between the DS90UB962 and DS90UB964 which are detailed below.

    • Functional safety: 962 is functional safety capable with documentation available to aid ISO 26262 system design
    • Compatibility: The 962 is compatible with newer generation serializers such as the 953 and 935, while the 964 is compatible only with previous generation serializers such as the 913A and 933
    • CSI Output port: The 962 has one CSI output port, while the 964 has two CSI output ports

    Best,

    Thomas
