I try to measure the Transmitter Distortion.

I want to input 66.67MHz to the frequency converter, but I don't know where TX_TCLK is.

I have the DP83TC811 EVM set to test mode 4.

Hi,

I am not sure if I understand you question correctly. Did you want to find TX_CLK pin for DP83TC811 EVM to measure the transmission clock?

If that is what you desire here is the figure on where is the TX_CLK located at:

I probed and measured TCLK, but I can't observe 66.67MHz.
Is TX_TCLK different from TCLK?
Or is the setting different?

Sorry for the confusion. You are able to measure the TX_TCLK through LED_0 by writing the register 0462 to 0011. Here are the description for the register:
