Hi,

We are looking for media converter that will convert SGMII signals to RMII/MII signals or vice versa. We came across DP83869HM part , which will perform the MII/RMII to SGMII conversion, and we need more information on DP83869HM how to program and control this device. Please find the top level diagram for my requirement.

Hi Arjun,

869 does not support RMII but we will double check internally rather 869 support SGMII to MII bridge. We will provide you response later this week.

Hi Arjun,

DP83869 cannot support the SGMII to MII bridge mode. It can only support SGMII to RGMII bridge mode or RGMII to SGMII bridge mode for 869 PHY.
