Hi Team

Currently customers use CAMERA*4 (DS90UB933)+DS90UB960, and output MIPI from DS90UB960 to AVM EVB for development use!

At present, the RX is DS90UB960, and the customer response cannot be connected with the DS90UB933.

How can I help customers debug? THX

1.What information do I need to ask the customer to provide first? (SCH....)

2.When a customer has a SerDes problem ,what is the steps of debug? (checking lost of lock , checking the register ...)

Hello,

1. They need to verify the device is strapped correctly. Ask them to verify that first.

2. That's really it. We need to gather information to understand what the customer issue is.
