TUSB8020B: DP_DN1/DM_DN1 standby logic

Part Number: TUSB8020B

Hi TI team,

We need two-port USB 2.0 hubs. So we use ports DN1(41,42pin) and DN2(14,15pin).

The communication standby logic of DN2 is DP_DN2 is High and DM_DN2 is Low.

But the logic of DN1 is DP_DN1 is Low and DM_DN1 is High.

How can I make DN1 have the same logic as DN2?

(DP_DN1 is High and DM_DN1 is Low.)

Please teach me.

Thank you.

  • Hi,

I assume you mean the suspend state is DP high on Port 2, and DM high on Port 1.  Is that correct?

This state is determined by the devices connected to the port.  A HS/FS device will have a pullup on DP, and a LS device will have a pullup on DM.
