This picture is not correct. For PoSTP, you will need to have one line as the VDD, and the other line as the GND connection to carry the return current. Each side must be coupled in with a passives network and the networks should match from P-N

1 quick question is there is CAP between connector GND and POC GND.
Is this necessary?? if so, how does system designer can determine Cap value??

An AC coupling cap is not required. If a cap is implemented to provide GND isolation between camera module and the ECU, then we would recommend to also put a high valued resistor in parallel to prevent the shield from picking up significant noise. We don't have specific guidance on the cap value
