TI does not make any I/O expanders with two separate I/O supplies or with bus hold.

This is correct, thanks Clemens.

The closest device we have to this one is the TCA64xx family of devices. It has a single separate power supply for it's IO pins. However, this is not P2P and we do not have anything P2P with this device.
