TMDS181: BERT error count issue

Hi Team,

Customer met an issue when using TMDS181 and hope you could help~

Connection: 4K source - TMDS181 - FPGA

Customer found that its BERT error count shows some error happened in device. And according to datasheet, BERT error count shows TMDS disparity and data errors.

But could you help me to understand what condition caused this error? 

And when BERT error count happened, is the error from source or from FPGA feedback?
