    Hi Mark,

    We do not have the SPICE files for these parts and we don't have a timeline when we will or even if we will.

    That being said - our spice models typically just follow typical specs listed in the datasheet - so if there is anything of particular concern/interest about how this device will operate under normal circumstances please let me know and I should be able to shed some light on it. I understand it may not be what you are looking for, but at this time that is the best option we have.
