TLIN1028-Q1: Power on/off sequence of TLIN1028

Part Number: TLIN1028-Q1

Hi,

I confirmed this at CS1051524. And I got the information of this site.

I am checking the data sheet of TLIN1028-Q1(JAJSHV6A).

In the document, I can not find the chart of power sequence.

If you have any information about the power ON/OFF relating with Vsup, Vcc, EN and NRST, could you inform it to me?

( I want to confirm the behavior about the relation of Vcc, EN and NRST, especially.)

Regards,

Toru

  • Hi Toru,

There are no special requirements for power sequencing TLIN1028. The only supply input for this device is Vsup. Vcc is a supply output from the integrated LDO. When Vsup is removed, the Vcc output will be shut off. Similarly, the nRST pin is a digital output signal and does not need to be considered for the power sequence of the device.

The EN input is used to control the device mode. When Vsup is supplied and EN = high, the transceiver will move to Normal mode. When EN = low, the transceiver will move to Standby or Sleep mode depending on the state of TXD (low or high respectively). The EN pin can be driven in either state during power-up to immediately move the transceiver into the desired mode during power-up.
See datasheet Figure 9-5 for the Operating State Diagram for TLIN1028.

The Vsup supply can be safely applied or removed in any device mode or EN state.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

    Regards,
    Eric Schott
