My customer checked XRAY for MSP430F5501IRGZR.
The lead frame was different depending on the device.
Is this a normal product?

Kengo,

Looking into both of these codes, these are legitimate devices. I'm checking with our project manager to see if the A/T site changed lead frames at any point in time.

Kengo,

It looks like the A/T site converted to a different lead frame for this package in late 2021. This is a normal product and legitimate.
