We received the following questions from our customers.
After power-on of DP83867, 0xffff is returned by the read access of SMI. If you execute HW RESET again, you can access normally.
Is there a cause or a point to check?
The customer's environment is as follows.
- Used with 2 power supplies
The power rise waveform is as follows;
Green: VDD1P1 Blue: VDDA2P5 Pink: VDDIO3P3
The lamp time of VDD1P1 was 648us.
- The HW RESET pin is released after 500ms from power-on.
- MDC preamble starts after 18 seconds.
- MDC=1MHz
- MDC/MDIO timing is no problem.
