Customer is consult whether our DS160PR410 can support to flip RXnP and RXnN during application? If yes, does TXnP and TXnP should follow the setting of RXnP and RXnN at the same time? Thanks.

It is best to flip on both sides. For PCIe application, we can flip on one side and the PCIe protocol takes care of the polarity inversion. So this depends on the protocol being used.
