Is there information on the junction thermal resistance (case, ambient, board)? Looking for info for the this part number: DS96F173ME/883

    Hi Terry,

    The public information we have for this part is listed in the data-sheet - unfortunately for this part (and our similar devices) it doesn't seem we have this information to share as we didn't spec the thermal resistance for this part - only the max power dissipation.

    Is there anything similar that I can use to get the junction thermal resistance? I need to perform a thermal analysis. The part I'm interested in has a LCCC package type and NAJ packing drawing, 20 pins.

    Hi Terry,

    Our team has put in a request to see if we can get the parameters - if we are able to receive the parameters I will pass them along. Due to internal processing times on these types of requests it may up to two weeks before I get an answer. I will let you know if I receive information sooner.
