TUSB1064: Display port Functionality using TUSB1064 and TUSB1146

I have two ports in my design, both ends have the TPS65987D to control the Display Port 3.0 Mux.

TUSB1064 on the UFP side and TUSB1146 on the DFP. A USB hub in between and the display port lanes connected 1:1 in between the two display port mux.

I am trying to get video between the two ends and have not been successful.

I've had my design reviewed previously by TI and everything seemed correct. But I just can't figure out the correct settings for video.

I have checked all the voltages to see if the PD controller is enabling the correct pins. And everything seems correct.

Does TI have any recommendations for settings.
