Dear support engoneer.

I'm technical support in SPT.

Customer requesting latch up test result in qualification test.

Colud you please latch up test was performed in qualification test or not?

And tell me the reason of no latch test in parts level qualification test in TI.

Custoer (Panasonic) is requesting to do Latch up test in consumer product parts.

But, My issue did not solve. Because, Qualification test summary does not include Latch up test.

The parts performed Latch up test in Qualification test procedure.

I understand TI do not share the Latch up test result in DS100MB203's qualification test.

I would like to know the product was perform Latch up test in qualification test or not?
