TFP401A: spec check

Part Number: TFP401A

This TFP401A, the minimum value of 25MHz, then if I switch to the RGB side, whether I can only reach the limit value above, If my panel is 640x350@70Hz like the one below, will it work normally? Or can I calculate the minimum value of HxV @ V-sync from the data?
