TS3DV642-Q1: Can exchange the port connection?

Hi Expert,

Our customer use TS3DV642-Q1 and they are layout. Considering better layout, they would like to exchange the port connection. 

  1. They connect D0+/- to HPD and CEC
  2. they exchange D0+ and D0-

For above two usage, is it applicable?

Also, what's the difference between Common Ports with difference labels. Are they the same for function? Thanks.
