TPS25830A-Q1: CC1,2 for type A

Dear expert,

When TPS25830A connect with a type A slave, CC1, 2 pin can left open, right?

For type-A connecter, please pull down one of CC1 and CC2 with 5.1kohm resistor. The other lefts open.

Is it OK to pull down with 4.7K ohm for CC1/2 pin for above case?

5.1K+ (-5.1k*20%, 5.1k*20%). It means 20% tolerance of 5.1kohm.

So 20% tolerance is not acceptable? What tolerance is acceptable?
