customer uses the DP83826i for KSZ8081 replacement for their new application. It works very well but they have questions on the LEDs configuration. They output the link through LED0 and RX/TX activity through LED1. They observe, that the LED1 flashes or lights up completely in RX/TX activity mode depending on the traffic. This is different from the KSZ8081, which toggles from a certain load in a fixed frequency. Can this flash frequency be configurated?
They have to combine link/activity for EtherCAT from the two signals. So, the LED from a certain load would be on or off, depending on the logic. Is there any way to switch the frequency or behavior of the LED?
