Could you help check if the P-port is high level or low level after power-up?
Based on the description in the D/S, all ports are configured to input type and Q1&Q2 both are off, hence p-ports are all pulled high via the internal 100k resistor, so the default input level is high if there is no external connection to the p-ports pin, right?
