    Hi Kaushal,

    We do not currently have a Pspice model for this device - and at the moment we do not have an estimated timeline of when or if it will complete. As mentioned in the last message on E2E on your other post - this is a similar situation for a lot of our RS-485/RS-232 models. We are in the process of developing a new model creation system but at this time we don't have dates for new model releases or when we will be able to handle our backlog.  

    I understand that sometimes the spice file is needed for validation - however in general they are just copies of the datasheet typical conditions in many cases so in general our models would show typical performance. If you just have questions on the device that may be answered without the model please let me know and I will see what I can do.
