DS90LV048A: Model for output behaviour

Hi Experts,

Good day. Seeking your advise on this.

I am trying to model the output behavior of the DS90LV048A. I imported the IBIS model into PSPICE and it behaved as I expected it to, however, I wasn't able to model its output impedance. Would it be possible to request an IBIS model that includes this information, or better yet, a PSPICE model that wouldn't require translation? Thanks.

Hi Archie,

This part was designed many years ago and it is a mature device. However, pspice model is not available. Perhaps you can get samples and use VNA to check into the return loss.
