THVD1410: Different X ray result. Is this situation normal?

I have this part THVD1410DR.

But X ray result is different from my previous order.

Could you please check and advise if this is a normal situation?

Hello Louise,

In order to help you with this, we would either need images of the topside markings on the parts, or the Lot numbers from the original packaging of your device orders.

Did you receive these parts either from TI directly, or from an authorized distributor?

Louise,

These are both valid devices, I checked the lot trace codes against our internal system. This change is based on a leadframe difference at the A/T site where these devices are assembled. With the supply shortage all over the world, there has also been a shortage on leadframes, so some of our A/T sites have had to go with slightly different leadframes.

This has been verified to not have any affect on the functionality of the device itself. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
