What is the differences between DP83867IR and DP83867IR ?

They want to use either DP83867IR or DP83867IR with RMGII, but they aslo want to understant whether they can replace DP83867IR with DP83867IS in the exactly same schematic and vice versa. Could you aslo confirm this?

DP83867IR support MII, GMII and RGMII MAC interface, while DP83867IS support RGMII and SGMII MAC interface.
