ESDS314: What is the best selection for PHY interface protection?

Hi experts,

My customer need to design the protection for PHY DP83822IR, I find there are four selections to meet the function:

ESDS314, ESDS304, TPD4E05U06, TPD4E1U06

1. Could you tell me whcih one is the best selection?

2. What is the difference of them, could you pls give me the comparison anaysis?

    Since DP83822 is a 100 Mbps PHY, ESDS314 will give you the best ESD and surge protection. ESDS304 will have a lower surge rating but also lower capacitance for better signal integrity. TPD4E05U06 will have the lowest capacitance. TPD4E1U06 will provide the lowest cost. Please see my comparison table below:
