I am writing to confirm one question about TPD4S311 OVP. If SBU OVP is triggered, how to recovery from this situation?

Hi,

The SBU FETs will turn back on itself once the OVP is removed. The screenshot below (taken from the datasheet) shows the nominal time for SBU FETs to turn back on after the OVP is removed.
