1.For Drone flight application, we choose device, as below:

USB TYPE-C PD: TPS25750S
Battery management: BQ25731

could you please recommend other IT device to replace ?

2.(see as below pic)please help to recommend Q1/Q2/Q3/Q4 mos device.

Hi Josh,

Have you had a look at the TIDA-050047 reference design yet? It uses the TPS25750D with integrated FETs along with the BQ25792 with integrated FETs. This would be the most optimized solution for USB-PD charging applications as all the system FETs are integrated into the two devices. https://www.ti.com/tool/TIDA-050047
